New Delhi, March 17 (NationPress) The three-day Raisina Dialogue, a significant conference focused on geopolitics and geo-economics in India, will kick off on Monday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the event. Delegates from 125 countries are arriving in New Delhi to participate.

The Foreign Ministers from Slovakia, Juraj Blanar; The Philippines, Enrique A. Manalo; and Antigua and Barbuda, E.P. Chet Greene, have already arrived in the national capital, as reported by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

Randhir Jaiswal, spokesperson for the MEA, welcomed the foreign ministers on the social media platform X, stating, "Welcoming FM Mr. Juraj Blanar of Slovak Republic, FM Enrique A. Manalo of Philippines & FM E.P. Chet Greene of Antigua & Barbuda, as they arrive in New Delhi for the Raisina Dialogue 2025."

This 10th edition of the conference will see notable attendees including New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, Tulsi Gabbard, the US Director of National Intelligence, and Andrii Sybiha, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

For the first time, a delegation from Taiwan, featuring a senior security official, will participate, which demonstrates the strengthening of ties in recent years, according to informed sources.

The Raisina Dialogue is organized by the renowned Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in partnership with the MEA.

Participants from nearly 125 countries, including ministers, former heads of state, military leaders, executives from industries, technology specialists, academics, journalists, and experts from leading think tanks, will be present, as announced by the MEA.

The event will take place from March 17 to 19.

This year’s chief guest is New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, who will deliver the keynote address.

The theme for the 2025 edition is 'Kalachakra - People, Peace and Planet'.

Over 3,500 participants are expected to attend the Dialogue in person, with millions more anticipated to view the proceedings online across various digital platforms.

Officials confirmed the presence of foreign ministers from 20 countries at the discussions.

The visit of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister to India coincides with the US's intensified efforts for a temporary ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia to resolve their ongoing conflict.

Foreign Ministers from countries such as Slovenia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Moldova, Georgia, Sweden, Slovak Republic, Bhutan, Maldives, Norway, Thailand, Antigua and Barbuda, Peru, Ghana, Hungary, and Mauritius are also among the participants.

Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Martinez Diaz and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique A Manalo are attending the conference as well.

Throughout three days, global decision-makers and thought leaders will participate in discussions covering various formats across six thematic pillars.
