“We desire peace, but we never compromise on the safety of our borders,” the Prime Minister declared while addressing a state-level event commemorating the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru.

PM Modi remarked that the entire world has observed that the new India neither fears nor halts or bows before terrorism.
