During this visit, which marks his first since the successful Operation Sindoor, the Prime Minister was greeted by enthusiastic crowds during a roadshow in Gandhinagar. In a powerful address to a large gathering celebrating the 20th anniversary of Gujarat Urban Development, PM Modi took a strong position on national security, declaring that this time, the Army's actions against terrorism speak volumes. “There’s no need for evidence this time,” he remarked, targeting opposition leaders who have historically called for proof of military operations. “This time, the skies above are providing the evidence,” he continued.
The Prime Minister shared his observations from across the state—Vadodara, Dahod, Bhuj, Ahmedabad, and Gandhinagar—describing them as filled with waves of vermilion and fluttering Tricolours, emblematic of the profound patriotic spirit among the populace. He stressed that this sentiment transcends Gujarat and resonates nationwide.

As part of the developmental initiatives, PM Modi inaugurated over 22,000 residential units under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, valued at Rs 1,006 crore. He also launched a biodiversity park developed by revitalizing wasteland along the banks of Kankara-Khadi in Surat, costing Rs 145 crore.
