Addressing the 'Women Empowerment Maha Sammelan' in Bhopal, which commemorated the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, he reflected on the valiant legacy of this esteemed ruler.

PM Modi stressed that terrorists had attempted to challenge the strength of Indian women, a misstep that led to their own downfall and that of their supporters.

He highlighted that 'Sindoor' has historically symbolized feminine power in Indian culture, representing strength, devotion, and sacred responsibility.

Drawing from Hindu mythology, PM Modi noted that even in the tales of Lord Hanuman, his dedication to Lord Rama is associated with the significance of 'Sindoor', reflecting a bond of faith and unwavering loyalty.

Regarding the recent terrorist incidents in Pahalgam, PM Modi remarked that they represented not just an attack on innocent lives but also an assault on India’s cultural integrity and unity.

He pointed out that the aggressors sought to undermine the spirit of the people and dared to challenge the unbreakable force of women’s strength, a grave error that resulted in their downfall.

While celebrating the achievements of 'Operation Sindoor', PM Modi described it as the most significant and victorious mission in India's combat against terrorism.

He commended the armed forces for penetrating deep into enemy territory, dismantling their hideouts, and delivering justice.

This operation conveyed a profound message to the world that “India will no longer tolerate proxy wars conducted through terrorism.”

Those who attempt to jeopardize India's sovereignty will find no shelter, as the forces of justice will strike at the core of hostility, eliminating not only the offenders but also their supporters.

“The repercussions for aiding such atrocities,” he asserted, “will be severe, and the response to every act of aggression will be unequivocal.”

Praising Ahilyabai Holkar, PM Modi emphasized that her name commands deep respect.

He recalled her groundbreaking approach to social reform, noting that in a time when discussions about women's rights were scarce, Ahilyabai courageously advocated for women's property rights and the right for widows to remarry.

She championed these issues with conviction, defying conventional norms and challenging societal expectations that aimed to restrict women's independence.

Moreover, she established a battalion of female warriors in the Malwa army, acknowledging female strength and ability in a period when such concepts were revolutionary.

PM Modi pointed out that the world, particularly the West, frequently criticizes India’s treatment of women while neglecting its rich history of female leadership and valor.

He highlighted that Ahilyabai’s vision extended beyond her kingdom, implementing strategic measures to form women’s security teams in villages, reinforcing their role as community protectors.
