Today, she is actively teaching other women about organic farming techniques.
Seema also mentioned that her involvement in the self-help group has not only provided her with a means of livelihood but has also helped her establish a unique identity.
Utilizing drone technology, she is able to spray fertilizers and pesticides across fields, significantly reducing labor time from hours to mere minutes, all while ensuring a steady income source.
Sneha Mohaniya, a national-level hockey player, highlighted her achievements of winning two gold medals and one silver medal at the national arena.
She expressed her concerns regarding the inadequate facilities for athletes and requested the establishment of an astro-turf field in Barwani to enhance training opportunities.
Chief Minister Yadav acknowledged her request, promising that the necessary facilities would be made available promptly.
Additionally, upon learning about a young woman named Vaishnavi Mahule from Julwania village who aims to receive superior training for shooting, Chief Minister Yadav instructed the officials to facilitate her training at the state-level shooting academy.
He also announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh for Neeraj, who manages a shooting training center in Julwania, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to training young girls.
The Chief Minister concluded the discussions by stating that the state government is dedicated to empowering women, rural communities, farmers, athletes, and all sectors of society through various welfare schemes.
