Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has already arrived at the venue for the ceremony.

Prior to the event, Gupta stated that individuals involved in corruption over the past 12 years will be held accountable.

"Anyone who has participated in corruption will have to account for every rupee..." the CM-designate informed the media.
