Chhindwara, March 26 (NationPress) Madhya Pradesh's Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed his disapproval of the Congress party for its ongoing criticism of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, particularly in light of recent developments in West Asia that have repercussions for India.

While addressing a public gathering in Chhindwara district, the Chief Minister remarked, "Prime Minister Modi is fulfilling his responsibilities in a manner that enhances the self-respect of our nation; yet, the Congress continues to mislead the populace."

Furthermore, he voiced his support for External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar's comments on Pakistan's alleged pivotal role in mediating discussions between the United States and Iran.

During an all-party meeting on Wednesday, EAM Jaishankar asserted that "India cannot be a 'broker' (Dalal) nation."

The Chief Minister, speaking at a ceremonial occasion following the launch of multiple development initiatives valued at over 500 crore in the tribal areas of Chhindwara, commended EAM Jaishankar for referring to "Pakistan as a 'dalal' country."

He stated, "Congress leaders claim that had we engaged with different individuals, outcomes would have varied. India is playing its role on its own terms. I commend EAM S. Jaishankar for labeling Pakistan as 'dalal.'"

During his tour of Chhindwara and the newly established district of Pandhurna, Chief Minister Yadav will also inaugurate over 100 completed development projects amounting to Rs 506.29 crore.

Before his speech at the event, the Chief Minister had already inaugurated more than 100 completed development projects valued at Rs 506.29 crore aimed at enhancing the infrastructure of Chhindwara and the newly formed district of Pandhurna.

Key projects set for inauguration include a Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation office worth Rs 69.49 crore, a Collector's Office, a district hospital, and a Superintendent of Police (SP) Office in Pandhurna.
