The Chief Minister emphasized that Madhya Pradesh is a place where development opportunities coexist with traditional heritage.
He stated that during the summit, investors will gain insights not only into the state's industrial policies and infrastructure development but will also witness the connection to its cultural heritage.
"As industrialists, policymakers, and investors from around the globe participate in GIS - 2025, they will not only observe Madhya Pradesh's industrial potential but also immerse themselves in its cultural richness," the Chief Minister stated.
He highlighted the importance of 'Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya', the venue for Bhopal GIS taking place on February 24-25, noting that this site exemplifies India's vast cultural heritage and tribal traditions.
The Chief Minister pointed out that this center signifies that the state serves not just as a hub for industries and commerce, but also as a global center for cultural innovation and tourism.
"This strategy distinguishes Madhya Pradesh from other states, where investment transcends mere economic activities, facilitating a cultural renaissance and sustainable progress," Chief Minister Yadav remarked.
He added that the GIS will unveil new business opportunities for investors, allowing them to experience the state's rich cultural and historical traditions.
"Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is not merely a museum. It serves as a vibrant platform for tribal communities to present their traditions, showcase aspects of their lives, and preserve their histories. It features authentic huts, traditional crafts, and lifestyles from over 35 tribal communities," he mentioned.
Previously, Chief Minister Yadav has disclosed that the state government will present its new semiconductor manufacturing policy at the upcoming summit.
The government has developed a new policy aimed at promoting the semiconductor sector by providing incentives for investors along with various benefits, including streamlined permission clearance from relevant authorities and land allocation.
CM Yadav noted that there is growing enthusiasm and interest in this sector among potential investors at the GIS, anticipating increased investment in this area. He added that this policy will aid in establishing electronics and semiconductor manufacturing centers in the state.
