Bhopal Police Commissioner, Harinarayanchari Mishra, informed IANS that the operation was executed based on intelligence gathered from multiple states, leading to the dismantling of this extensive criminal organization.
During the operation, the police seized over a dozen mobile phones, several two-wheelers, and various electronic devices.
According to Mishra, the suspects were engaged in multiple criminal acts throughout Madhya Pradesh and beyond.
“Reports indicated the gang was committing crimes, including theft in Mumbai and other areas of Maharashtra. They were also implicated in theft incidents in Rajasthan and southern states,” Mishra elaborated.
He further recounted that during a raid in the Nishatpura locality of Bhopal late Sunday, the criminals attempted to create chaos; however, the operation proceeded successfully, resulting in the arrest of the suspects.
