Amaravati, Sep 12 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, were present at the ceremonial swearing-in of C.P. Radhakrishnan as the Vice President of India, which took place in New Delhi on Friday.
Naidu, representing the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), a significant ally in the BJP-led NDA government, was among the distinguished attendees at the event hosted at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
“I attended the oath-taking ceremony of Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan Ji today in New Delhi. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to him on being sworn in as the 15th Vice President of India and wish him the best for a productive tenure,” Naidu shared on X.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, representing the Jana Sena Party, another ally of the NDA, also graced the occasion. He was joined by Jana Sena MPs Vallabhaneni Balashowry and Uday Srinivas Tangella.
Additionally, Goa Governor Ashok Gajapathi Raju attended the swearing-in ceremony of Radhakrishnan and paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Naidu.
Moreover, Naidu’s son, Nara Lokesh, who serves as the State Minister for Human Resources Development, congratulated Radhakrishnan on assuming his role as the 15th Vice President of India. “I am confident that his term will be characterized by adherence to the utmost constitutional values, wisdom, and knowledge.
