Jaipur, May 7 (NationPress) Praising India's 'Operation Sindoor' for targeting terror infrastructures in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), Naseeruddin Chishti, the chairman of All India Sufi Sajjadanashin and son of Ajmer Dargah Diwan Zainul Abedin, stated on Wednesday that this represents New India which acts decisively rather than just speaking.
"The Prime Minister has honored the sentiments of 140 crore Indians and has replied to Pakistan in their own terms. This is New India - responding with actions rather than empty words, displaying swift decisions, and yielding tangible results. Today, our martyrs have been honored appropriately," he remarked.
He also emphasized that sindoor (vermilion), representing respect and dignity in Indian culture, has been tarnished by terrorist activities.
