Patna, Dec 15 (NationPress) Senior BJP leader and Bihar Cabinet Minister Nitin Nabin, recently appointed as the National Working President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, visited the Hanuman Temple in Patna on Monday to offer prayers before heading to Delhi.

Following his prayers at the temple, Nabin proceeded to Rajvanshi Nagar, where he paid homage to his late father, Naveen Kishore Prasad Sinha, a prominent BJP leader, by laying floral tributes at his statue.

In his first media interaction since taking on his new role, Nitin Nabin expressed his gratitude towards the party and honored his father's ideological influence.

“Two decades ago, the party entrusted me with the responsibility of contesting elections after my father’s passing. I am immensely grateful to the Bharatiya Janata Party for believing in me and granting me the opportunity to collaborate with party workers, which has led me to this pivotal position,” Nabin remarked.

Reflecting on his father's principles, he stated, “My father always emphasized that the party should be prioritized above all; it is akin to a mother, and one must tirelessly strive to elevate the nation.”

Nitin Nabin highlighted the accomplishments of the NDA government, stating that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, development has permeated even the grassroots.

“Under Modi, development has reached rural areas, the BJP has broadened its reach, and our party stands as a champion for the underprivileged. The NDA has endeavored to uplift every segment of society,” he noted.

When asked about the forthcoming elections in West Bengal, Nabin affirmed the unwavering commitment of BJP workers in every electoral contest.

“Whether in West Bengal, Assam, or elsewhere, BJP workers exhibit complete dedication. This commitment is the hallmark of the Bharatiya Janata Party,” he asserted.

Addressing the youth, Nitin Nabin stressed the importance of patience and diligence in public service.

“Young individuals must trust in their efforts. Politics is not a quick route; it’s a lengthy journey that demands hard work and perseverance. Success comes with sustained effort,” he advised.

Accompanying him on this occasion was BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal, who mentioned that a grand welcome has been organized by the party's senior leadership for Nabin.

During his visit, he is anticipated to meet various senior BJP leaders.

Nitin Nabin’s elevation is regarded as a landmark event for Bihar and eastern India since he is the first leader from the region to be appointed as the National Working President of the BJP.

Party insiders suggest this move signifies a focus on organizational balance and the promotion of younger leadership.

He is also being considered a potential candidate for the future national president of the party.

Established in April 1980, the BJP is currently experiencing a generational transition in its leadership.

At the age of 45, Nitin Nabin stands as one of the youngest leaders to assume such a significant national organizational position, highlighting the party’s confidence in his capabilities and long-standing dedication.
