During the period from 2020 to 2025, 50 lakh youth were given jobs under Saat Nischay-2. Our goal is to provide jobs to 1 crore youth from 2025 to 2030."
Following the establishment of the new government, efforts have been intensified to maximize employment opportunities and fill existing vacancies.
The Chief Minister has instructed all administrative departments, divisional commissioners, district magistrates, and the Police Headquarters to submit requests for filling vacancies to the General Administration Department by December 31.
These requests will be reviewed quickly and sent to the relevant recruitment bodies.
Additionally, he announced that all recruitment commissions and selection agencies must publish a comprehensive recruitment calendar for the year in January 2026, detailing the dates for advertisements, exam schedules, and anticipated final result dates.
CM Nitish stressed that although multiple stages of exams may be conducted, the time taken from advertisement to final results should not exceed one year.
He also directed recruitment commissions to guarantee transparent and fair examination processes, with strict measures against any malpractice.
"In case of any irregularities, the offenders will be identified and prosecuted through fast-track courts," he stated.
To enhance the examination process, the number of centers for computer-based tests (CBT) will be increased to ensure timely and uninterrupted conduct of exams, CM Nitish added.
"We are committed to the bright future of our youth. The state government aims to provide maximum government jobs and employment opportunities. All examinations will be conducted promptly and transparently. We aspire to make the youth of Bihar skilled, self-sufficient, and secure in their future," he concluded.
