This operation is linked to FIR No. 194/2024 registered at the Gursai police station in Poonch. The confiscated property consists of four marlas and two sarsai of agricultural land located in Village Nar, within the Nakka Majhari area of Mendhar tehsil, Poonch district.

The land is owned by Rafiq Nai alias Sultan, son of Mohd Afsar, a local individual who currently acts as a handler and launch commander for the terrorist outfit Tahreek-ul-Mujahideen/Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force.
