He served as a stenographer at the Sohawal Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
Upon hearing about his demise, Shivam's family caused a commotion at the district hospital and obstructed the roadway.
Family members of the deceased claim that the SDM routinely harassed and belittled Shivam Yadav.
It is further alleged that the SDM had recently humiliated Shivam by shaving his head.
