Ayodhya, March 23 (NationPress) Shivam Yadav, a member of the Ayodhya district administration, tragically lost his life in a road accident on Saturday evening, according to police reports.
He served as a stenographer at the Sohawal Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
Upon hearing about his demise, Shivam's family caused a commotion at the district hospital and obstructed the roadway.
Family members of the deceased claim that the SDM routinely harassed and belittled Shivam Yadav.
It is further alleged that the SDM had recently humiliated Shivam by shaving his head.
The victim's family is demanding accountability from the SDM.
The incident has sparked political tensions, with Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Awadhesh Prasad and former Minister Pawan Pandey visiting the site to express their outrage.
Awadhesh Prasad, along with fellow SP leaders, is staging a protest demanding action against the SDM.
