During a high-level meeting, the DGP highlighted the importance of employing both technical and human intelligence to identify and capture those responsible for the attack.
He instructed the officers to recognize common patterns and trends in such severe crimes and to carry out investigations in a scientific manner, making use of all available technical and forensic tools for crime detection to ensure the conviction of the suspects.
