Jaipur, April 13 (NationPress) Rajasthan's Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma proclaimed that the youth represent the essential driving force shaping the nation's future.

Reiterating the government's dedication, he stated that the "double engine" government operates with a defined vision aimed at empowering youth, encouraging them to pursue their aspirations with full government backing.

During a video conference for the My Bharat Budget Quest: Rajasthan Youth Dialogue at the Rajasthan International Centre, the Chief Minister recognized that initiatives like this are instrumental for youth to gain insights into economic policies and develop into responsible citizens. Attendees expressed appreciation for vital initiatives, including transparent recruitment processes and the establishment of a dedicated Youth Policy.

Sharma underscored the government's commitment to employment and equity, revealing that a Special Investigation Team was set up immediately post-government formation to investigate paper leak incidents.

Consequently, 420 individuals have been apprehended for involvement with dummy candidates, fraudulent degrees, and other recruitment-related irregularities. He mentioned that over 351 exams have been conducted transparently in the last two years without any paper leak incidents.

Reaffirming the government's employment pledge, the Chief Minister noted that, out of a target of 4 lakh government roles, over 1.25 lakh jobs have already been filled.

Moreover, approximately 3 lakh job opportunities have been created in the private sector. He emphasized that through interest-free loans and supportive policies, the government is motivating youth to transition from job seekers to job creators.

Sharma further highlighted that Rajasthan boasts extensive opportunities in sectors such as solar energy, tourism, agriculture, and dairy.

The Chief Minister indicated that the government has actively integrated youth suggestions during pre-budget discussions and is persistently working to meet their aspirations.

The State Skill Policy 2025 has been launched to provide top-notch skill training, while the Rajasthan Youth Policy 2025 aims at comprehensive youth development. Yuva Saathi Kendras have been established in cities like Kota, Udaipur, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Ajmer to offer career guidance and foster a stress-free environment.

In response to mental health issues, the government has initiated the Raj Mamta program and enacted the Rajasthan Coaching Centres (Control and Regulation) Act to protect students and ensure psychological support.

During the event, Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya remarked that under PM Modi's leadership, efforts are being made to cultivate 1 lakh young leaders nationwide. Initiatives like My Bharat aim to enhance youth engagement in building a Viksit Bharat.
