Jaipur, March 20 (NationPress) In a harrowing incident, the lifeless bodies of a businessman, his wife, and their daughter were found within their residence in Ballabh Garden, located in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The authorities are treating this as a probable case of mass suicide.
Reports indicate that the deceased businessman, Nitin Khatri (50), was discovered hanging from the ceiling, while his wife Rajni Khatri (45) and their daughter Jessica Khatri (18) were found on the floor. Concerned neighbors alerted the police on Wednesday evening after detecting a foul odor emanating from the residence.
The Jayanarayan Vyas Colony Police have taken charge of the bodies and commenced an investigation.
Nitin Khatri's home is situated approximately 300 meters down the road, opposite the Chirag Hotel in Ballabh Garden. He resided there with his wife and daughter.
Neighbors reported that the family had not been seen for a while. Upon their arrival, police discovered Nitin hanging from a ceiling hook, while his wife and daughter lay motionless on the ground. Authorities believe that the bodies may have been in the house for around 2-3 days.
