This individual was caught red-handed during a meticulously orchestrated operation.
The case originated from a complaint lodged by Vikas Kumar, a resident of Warisaliganj, Nawada, at the Vigilance Department headquarters in Patna.
In his grievance, Vikas Kumar claimed that Sub-Inspector Pramod Kumar was demanding money in exchange for resolving a case.
