Amaravati, March 13 (NationPress) In a significant move, the central and state governments of Andhra Pradesh have transferred Rs 2,670 crore directly into the bank accounts of 46.85 lakh farmers on Friday as part of the PM-Kisan - Annadata Sukheebhava schemes.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu attended the third installment funding program for PM-Kisan – Annadata Sukheebhava at Surampalli in the Gannavaram constituency of Krishna district.
Together with farmers, he participated in a virtual session where Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed attendees from Guwahati.
The Prime Minister announced the release of the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, aimed at supporting farmers nationwide.
He expressed satisfaction with the scheme's positive impact on small farmers throughout the country.
