Sambhal (Uttar Pradesh), May 21 (NationPress) In a significant initiative to reclaim public spaces and enhance urban infrastructure, the Municipal Corporation of Sambhal commenced an intensive anti-encroachment campaign early Wednesday morning, as reported by officials.
As a part of the ongoing road widening initiative, numerous unauthorized structures were dismantled along vital routes, including Chandausi Road.
The operation, which commenced on Tuesday, continued into Wednesday, with bulldozers employed to remove encroachments that obstruct public pathways.
In a remarkable show of cooperation, several shopkeepers voluntarily began taking down their illegal extensions even before the municipal teams arrived on-site.
Municipal Council Executive Officer Dr. Mani Bhushan Tiwari personally oversaw the operation, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration among the teams.
