Samrat Choudhary: Tejashwi Yadav Lacks the Authority to Critique CM’s Yatra

Patna, Dec 4 (NationPress) In response to Tejashwi Yadav's criticism of the ₹225 crore budget earmarked for Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Mahila Samvad Yatra, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary dismissed his comments by alluding to the Lalu-Rabri period, which he described as plagued by corruption and mismanagement.
Pointing to the fodder scam, Choudhary stated: "Given that Tejashwi's father is a convict, he lacks the right to question the alleged embezzlement of government funds. It is advisable for a party that has been linked with corruption not to offer counsel to others."
He further emphasized Lalu Prasad Yadav's history, asserting: "Tejashwi Yadav ought to recognize that his father Lalu Yadav is a convicted criminal. The court has labeled him corrupt and he has served time for corruption. Thus, Tejashwi Yadav's comments regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's visit are entirely unwarranted. He has no authority to speak on issues of corruption."
Choudhary also criticized Rahul Gandhi's planned visit to Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, accusing him of trying to incite disorder.
Stressing the UP government'sUP government having restricted any political figure from visiting there until December 10, he should not persist in his intention to go to Sambhal. He has no business being there."
Bihar's Health Minister Mangal Pandey also took a jab at Tejashwi Yadav, stating: "The public has rendered him unemployed, so he will take some action. He is wandering around and making statements," said Pandey.
The Mahila Samvad Yatra, set to commence on December 15, aims to connect with women across the districts of Bihar and is regarded as a significant outreach initiative by the Nitish Kumar administration.
