Hyderabad, July 10 (NationPress) Six individuals tragically lost their lives in three different road mishaps in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Thursday.

In Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, three family members were killed, and six others suffered injuries when their Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) collided with a tractor.

Two victims died at the scene, while a child later passed away in a hospital. The incident occurred near Kalvabugga in the Orvakallu mandal.

The deceased included Sheikh Kama Basha (50) and Munni (35), while three-year-old Sheikh Nadia succumbed at the Government Hospital in Kurnool.

The six injured were admitted to the same hospital, with one in critical condition. The family was traveling from Hyderabad to Mydukur in the YSR Kadapa district when the accident occurred, as their SUV struck a tractor from behind near Kashireddy Narayana Ashram.

Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident.

In Telangana’s Rangareddy district, three people lost their lives in two separate accidents. In the first incident, a man and his son-in-law were killed when their car collided with a truck at Kottur near Hyderabad late Wednesday night.

One died at the scene, while the other succumbed at a hospital. Both victims were residents of Jandagudem in Maheshwaram mandal.

In another accident near Lakshmireddyguda Gate in Shankarpalli mandal, one person died and another was injured when their bike was hit by a Road Transport Corporation bus.

Additionally, a private school bus caught fire near Kishtareddypet in Sangareddy district, but fortunately, there were no casualties. Five students were onboard and managed to evacuate when the driver detected smoke. The bus was completely engulfed in flames before firefighters arrived.
