The accused, identified as Kiran Rao Pawar, faces serious allegations of sexual harassment as reported by the police.
The owner of the model's firm, Karthik, filed a complaint regarding the incident.
Given the gravity of the situation, law enforcement acted promptly and apprehended the suspect.
The complaint was filed on October 25, while the alleged incident took place on October 17.
According to the FIR, the victim had initially kept the distressing incident to herself out of fear.

Eventually, the victim and the two other foreign models informed the complainant about the occurrence. Upon verifying the CCTV footage and confirming the assault, he proceeded to file a police report.
In a related case, police in Basaveshwarnagar apprehended a Zepto delivery executive for allegedly assaulting a customer over a supposed 'wrong address' for delivery. After a video of the incident surfaced online, the police tracked down the suspect, Vishnuvardhan, a Vijayanagar resident, arrested him, and later released him on station bail.
The accused had completed class 12 and was working as a delivery executive in his spare time. The complaint for that case was lodged on May 21.
