Hyderabad, Feb 17 (NationPress) - On Tuesday, local police apprehended three young individuals for reportedly showcasing illegal narcotics as a sacrificial offering to Lord Shiva during the Maha Shivratri celebrations.
The Charminar Zone Task Force acted promptly following a social media alert from Hyderabad Police Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar regarding a video created by these youths.
The suspects, hailing from Jangammet in Falaknuma, were subsequently transferred to the Falaknuma police station for further proceedings.
Two of the identified suspects are Sri Charan and Vijay Krishna.
Commissioner Sajjanar cautioned that fleeting social media fame would not shield them from legal repercussions. “These are merely transient pleasures, while the consequences of your actions will linger for a lifetime.
