Jaipur, Jan 3 (NationPress) Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje emphasized that the Bharatiya Janata Party cannot achieve its goals without its dedicated workers, highlighting the importance of empowering them at all levels.
She noted that booth presidents, mandal presidents, and district presidents serve as the true representatives of the party, asserting that public initiatives should engage their participation and approval.
While speaking at the BJP State Organizational workshop at the Constitution Club, Raje insisted that officials must heed the calls of party workers and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
“Should officials neglect these duties, they must be ready to face the repercussions,” she cautioned.
Raje stated that the voice of a BJP worker resonates with that of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister, asserting that any disregard for workers would be unacceptable.
Reflecting on the party's expansion, Raje mentioned that there was a time when the Congress held sway over India, whereas today the BJP has established its presence nationwide—an accomplishment made possible by the unwavering commitment and sacrifices of party workers.
“Our workers labored tirelessly, disregarding their own comfort, driven solely by the ambition to see the lotus blossom,” she remarked.
The former Chief Minister also congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on India's achievement of becoming the world's fourth-largest economy and Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on completing two years in office.
On this occasion, she shared a couplet that embodies the spirit of service: “Simply wipe the tears from a weeping face, become a pillar of support for the helpless. Do not look for divinity elsewhere—God dwells right here, in the act of mending someone’s pain.”
