Bhopal/New Delhi, April 12 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, expressed on Saturday that the presentation of the grand play Samrat Vikramaditya at Delhi’s famed Red Fort will mark a significant milestone, heralding a new era in the ties between New Delhi and Madhya Pradesh.
This three-day spectacle, part of ‘Vikramotsav’, honors the revival of Indian intellect, the cultural renaissance, and the magnificence of India, commencing on Saturday evening and concluding on April 14 at the Red Fort.
The opening ceremony will see the presence of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, and Union Minister for Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat at 7:30 PM.
Mohan Yadav stated, “With the backing of the Ministry of Culture, Deendayal Research Institute, and the Delhi government, artists have vividly recreated the age of Samrat Vikramaditya, showcasing his exemplary governance. Today marks the dawn of a new chapter in the relationship between Delhi and Madhya Pradesh.”
