In a post on his official social media channel, CM Adityanath stated, “As you can see, I was travelling at 501 km/h. This journey on Japan’s state-of-the-art SCMAGLEV train in Yamanashi showcases a pioneering high-speed system that can achieve speeds of up to 500 km/h, exemplifying the future of clean, efficient, and precise transport.”
He further remarked, “The journey was incredibly smooth and stable, even at such remarkable speeds, demonstrating Japan’s dedication to innovation and enduring infrastructure excellence. With technology advancing at this rate, the future appears nearer than ever,” commending Japanese advancements.
Additionally, the Chief Minister posted images featuring Mount Fuji. “Mount Fuji, the tallest peak in Japan and a designated UNESCO World Heritage site, stands as an enduring emblem of resilience, discipline, and spiritual harmony. With the magnificent Mount Fuji in the background, a representation of Japan’s eternal beauty and cultural pride, I consider it a privilege to witness it under clear skies. Thank you, Japan!” expressed Adityanath.
While visiting Japan, he was welcomed by students in Yamanashi.
CM Adityanath noted on his X account, “I had the pleasure of engaging with young students in Yamanashi, Japan, and was thrilled by their warmth, discipline, and vibrant enthusiasm. Their innocent affection and curiosity reveal the profound cultural ties between our nations. I extend my heartfelt blessings to these bright young minds and wish them a future brimming with knowledge, character, and success.”
During his stay in Yamanashi Prefecture, the Chief Minister had discussions with Governor Kotaro Nagasaki to enhance cooperation between Uttar Pradesh and Yamanashi, fostering a strategic partnership.
“An MoU was established to bolster collaboration in sectors like industry, tourism, and vocational education, with a strong emphasis on Green Hydrogen, clean energy innovations, and technology exchanges,” he mentioned in a social media update.
Uttar Pradesh is actively advancing IIT Kanpur as a Centre of Excellence in Green Hydrogen to bolster energy self-sufficiency and support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a sustainable future, he stated.
“I am pleased with the Governor’s initiative to lead a delegation of 200 CEOs to Uttar Pradesh in August, which will further enhance industrial partnerships and investment opportunities,” he added.
Uttar Pradesh boasts significant scale, skill, and speed, backed by robust infrastructure and seamless support through Invest UP’s dedicated Japan Desk and the planned Japan Industrial Township in YEIDA, he concluded.
