Adani Sportsline Hosts Ahmedabad Radio Pickleball Challenge

Ahmedabad, Jan 8 (NationPress) Adani Sportsline has recently hosted a pickleball tournament tailored for the radio sector in the city, held at the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park, Paldi. This event, titled “Ahmedabad Radio Pickleball Challenge”, gathered teams from some of Ahmedabad’s prominent radio stations including Radio City, Fever FM, Radio Mirchi, and MyFM, for an evening filled with both competition and camaraderie.
The tournament was structured in a doubles format and featured participation from 24 players along with their loved ones. To ensure that everyone had a great time, an hour-long introductory session was arranged to help participants understand the rules of pickleball. Matches were conducted across three groups, with each group comprising four teams.
Among the participants were RJ Harsh from Radio Mirchi, RJ Harshil and RJ Saurabh from Radio City, the radio channel’s VP Rajiv Patel, and RJ Tushar from MyFM.
The Radio Mirchi team emerged victorious by clinching the top two positions. RJ Harsh and his teammate Aditya Bhat took home the championship title, while their colleagues Pranav Pujara and Het Shah finished in second place.
“This event was more than just about pickleball; it was about fostering relationships, promoting health, and providing a space for media professionals to connect and relax. We are thrilled with the enthusiastic turnout and look forward to organizing more such events that unite people and encourage a healthy lifestyle,” stated Sanjay Adesara, Chief Business Officer at Adani Sportsline.
“Congratulations to the champions, and a sincere thank you to Radio City, Fever FM, Radio Mirchi, and MyFM for their enthusiastic participation. The passion and spirit displayed by the teams contributed to the event's success,” he added.
