After suffering a loss to Kerala FA in their opening match, this win was crucial for the Delhi squad. This victory follows strong performances from Odisha FA and Assam FA, both of whom notched their second wins in the ongoing U-17 football competition.
Neetika Negi initiated the scoring for Delhi in the 23rd minute, and Deeva extended their lead just before halftime. Captain Anitha D. netted the third goal in the 63rd minute, which became pivotal as Rajasthan fought back with goals from Manju Kanwar and a penalty by captain Sanju Kanwar in the 46th and 74th minutes, respectively.
