Through this initiative, we aim to promote awareness for dedicating ‘aadha ghanta roz, fitness ka dose’ (30 minutes daily for personal fitness). I want to emphasize that cycling is a superb way to maintain fitness. I encourage every Indian to take up cycling on Sundays for optimal fitness,” Dr. Mandaviya expressed.
The ‘Fit India Sundays on Cycle’ is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS) in partnership with the Cycling Federation of India (CFI), Yogasana Bharat, and MY Bharat.
