London, Dec 16 (NationPress) Formula 1 has officially declared its return to Portugal for the years 2027 and 2028, following a two-year agreement established with the Portuguese government, Turismo de Portugal, and promoter Parkalgar, Parques Tecnológicos e Desportivos, S.A.
