Delhi Toofans have appointed Fabio Menta, an internationally experienced volleyball coach, as their head coach ahead of Season 5 of the Prime Volleyball League (PVL), which is scheduled to begin on 30 November. He holds an FIVB Level II coaching licence and is a coach instructor affiliated with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), FIVB, and Oceania Volleyball, with expertise in both indoor and beach volleyball.

His coaching record spans continents and formats. Notable achievements include a national championship title in the Bahamas, a bronze medal at the Italian Cup, and a bronze at the Suomen Cup in Finland. More recently, Menta was instrumental in Creamline's three-title sweep in the Philippine Pro League in 2025, followed by helping ZUS Coffee claim a silver medal in 2026. He also served as a tactician for Letran College during its NCAA gold-medal victory in the Philippines.

Beyond on-court coaching, Menta is the founder of The Science of Modern Volleyball, an educational platform focused on contemporary volleyball techniques, tactical trends, and coach development — underlining his credentials as both a practitioner and a thinker of the game.
