New Delhi, April 23 (NationPress) In the wake of a tragic terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam region, prominent Indian sports figures have vocally condemned this heart-wrenching incident and called for national unity against hatred and violence.
The assault occurred in the picturesque Baisaran Valley, a popular meadow located in Pahalgam, approximately 30 miles southeast of Srinagar. This dreadful attack resulted in at least 16 fatalities and left 17 individuals injured.
Amid a wave of international sorrow and denunciation, Indian sports icons have conveyed their deep sympathy and support for the victims and their families.
“I am shocked and profoundly saddened by the tragic attacks on innocent individuals in Pahalgam.
