Kolkata, April 21 (NationPress) After B Sai Sudharsan secured the Orange Cap in IPL 2025 with his impressive score of 52 runs off 36 deliveries against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the left-handed batsman expressed his enjoyment in partnering with skipper Shubman Gill, noting that his experience has significantly aided his performance in the tournament.

During the match at Eden Gardens on Monday, Gill showcased his extraordinary form by achieving his fifth IPL fifty, raising his season total to 417 runs, surpassing Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) left-hander Nicholas Pooran. Sudharsan also contributed to a remarkable 114-run opening partnership with Gill, who scored 90 runs before being dismissed by Andre Russell.

“At the beginning of the match, the pitch was quite sluggish, making it tough during the powerplay. However, we adapted as the game progressed. Shuby (Gill) and I maintained excellent communication, capitalizing on any poor deliveries and aiming to extend our innings.
