Kochi, Jan 15 (NationPress) The Indian Super League (ISL) team Kerala Blasters has officially confirmed the acquisition of defensive midfielder Dusan Lagator from the Montenegrin side FK Mogren on Wednesday. The player has committed to the club with a contract valid until May 2026.
The 30-year-old midfielder comes with extensive experience, having participated in nearly 300 matches for different clubs across Europe. Lagator has also played for the Montenegro National Team, featuring in 15 matches across Under-19, Under-21, and senior categories. "I’m thrilled to be joining a club like Kerala Blasters FC due to the vision and project that was outlined to me. I am eager to contribute to the team’s achievements and to immerse myself in the distinctive football culture of Kerala," Lagator expressed.
Lagator initiated his professional journey in 2011 with the Montenegrin club FK Mogren, scoring 10 goals throughout his career. He is expected to integrate into the squad soon and begin training.
