Dhaka, April 8 (NationPress) Bangladesh has granted a first Test call-up to pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib for the forthcoming two-match home series against Zimbabwe, commencing on April 20. The 22-year-old, who has competed in 10 ODIs and 22 T20Is for Bangladesh, has achieved 37 wickets in international cricket thus far.
Full-time captain Najmul Hossain Shanto and seasoned player Mushfiqur Rahim are significant additions to Bangladesh's 15-member squad. Both Shanto and Rahim were absent during the ICC World Test Championship series against the West Indies.
