New Delhi, April 18 (NationPress) Veteran Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has expressed his belief that Sanju Samson might eventually assume the captaincy of the five-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He emphasized that the wicketkeeper-batter should focus on establishing his own unique identity instead of following the paths laid by others.
Reflecting on the changes in CSK’s leadership throughout the years, Ashwin noted that the transition has already begun, highlighted by Ravindra Jadeja’s brief period as captain, which did not yield the expected results.
