Mumbai, Nov 8 (NationPress) Actor Emraan Hashmi is garnering significant acclaim for his latest film ‘Haq’. He recently revealed what continues to ignite his passion even after over 20 years in the film industry.
During a promotional event for his film in the Juhu locality of Mumbai, the actor shared that despite having achieved numerous blockbuster hits and memorable music throughout his career, it is the routine of waking up, preparing, and heading to the film sets daily that truly brings out the best in him as an actor.
Hashmi expressed to IANS, “The filmmaking process is something I deeply cherish. Engaging with a script, feeling the thrill, arriving on set, portraying those scenes, and infusing life into a character—seeing it all come to life on screen—these are the aspects that still invigorate me.”
He elaborated, “While success and how well a film performs are secondary, the essence lies in those 60 or 100 days dedicated to filming or embodying and serving that character. That’s the takeaway for me.”
He also provided insights into his forthcoming project ‘Awarapan 2’, which is presently in production. He stated, “It's progressing well; we have an outstanding script and have filmed some intense sequences. We're aiming for an early release next year. Once filming wraps up, the details will be shared. This installment promises to deliver everything fans expect from ‘Awarapan 2’: love, anguish, pain, redemption, stunning music, and action.”
Currently, ‘Haq’ is screening in theaters.
