With this, the Division C matches have concluded, and Hockey Arunachal and Chhattisgarh Hockey emerged at the top of their pools, securing seven and nine points respectively, thereby earning promotion to Division B for the upcoming edition.

The day's action kicked off with a 2-2 draw between Hockey Raj and Hockey Arunachal Pradesh in Pool A of Division C. Abhinav Singh (29’) initiated the scoring for Arunachal Pradesh, but Hockey Raj responded with two quick goals from Vishal Kumar (42’) and Pulkit Kesari (46’).
