In the decisive match, Hockey Punjab showcased their prowess, defeating Hockey Madhya Pradesh 4-1. Jugraj Singh (30', 49') netted two goals, demonstrating his experience in such high-stakes encounters, thus placing his team in a commanding position for the final. Jaskaran Singh (38') and Maninder Singh (46') each contributed a goal, further distancing their team from the opponents. In response, Pratap Lakra (28') managed to score for Hockey Madhya Pradesh, which ultimately concluded their journey with a silver medal.
