Jhansi, April 9 (NationPress) Teams from Chandigarh, Telangana, Delhi, and Kerala clinched victories in their respective matches in Division B, while Hockey Punjab secured a win in Division A on the sixth day of the 15th Hockey India Senior Men National Championship 2025 held in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

In the first match of the day, Hockey Chandigarh outplayed Hockey Uttarakhand with a dominating score of 9-0 in Pool A of Division B. Amandeep (22’, 32’) and Gurmukh Singh (30’, 36’) scored two goals each for the winning team, while Ankush (13’), Inderpal Singh (24’), Sunil (35’), Deepak (37’), and Mohit (41’) also contributed to the scoreline.

In the same pool, Telangana Hockey triumphed over Hockey Andhra Pradesh with a score of 8-2. Aiyappa P.R. (6’, 20’, 31’, 52’) showcased exceptional form by scoring four goals. Other contributors for Telangana Hockey included Venkatesh Telugu (3’, 55’), Rohit Singh (9’), and Ram Kumar Vetti (11’).
