Hyderabad, Jan 16 (NationPress) On Thursday, the Cyberabad Police announced the successful resolution of a double murder case with the apprehension of three suspects in Madhya Pradesh.

Rahul Kumar Saket, the primary suspect and a driver, along with Raj Kumar Saket and Sukhendra Kumar Saket, all hailing from Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh, were taken into custody.

The remains of a male and female were discovered on a hillock near the Ananta Padmanabha Swamy temple in Puppalaguda, within the jurisdiction of the Narsingi Police Station.

Authorities later identified the victims as Ankit Saket and Bindu, residents of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, respectively. Both were 25 years old, with missing persons reports filed at two separate police stations. Initial inquiries indicated that their extramarital involvement led to the tragic double homicide.

A complaint was lodged by Diwakar with the Vanasthalipuram police on January 8 regarding his wife's disappearance. Subsequently, on January 11, the Gachibowli police registered a missing report filed by Ankit's brother. Their bodies were located on January 14, showing signs of having been stabbed and their heads crushed by boulders.

On January 8, Saket had taken Bindu to Nanakramguda and kept her at a friend's residence. The couple visited the hillock following a phone call on January 11. According to Ch. Srinivas, Deputy Commissioner of Police in Rajendranagar, investigations revealed that the deceased woman had recently begun engaging in commercial sexual activities.

Rahul Kumar Saket had engaged her twice and attempted to record their intimate moments. Bindu objected and informed Ankit, who subsequently warned Rahul. Following several confrontations, Rahul resolved to murder Ankit, enlisting the aid of two accomplices. On January 11, he arranged for the woman to meet Ankit for ₹ 4000. All five individuals proceeded to the hillock, where Sukhendra Kumar Saket was permitted to spend time with Bindu. Meanwhile, Rahul and Raj Kumar Saket took Ankit to a secluded area, attacked him with a knife, and bludgeoned him with a boulder.

Afterward, the duo confronted Bindu, who was with Sukhendra, and killed her as well. The following day, the three suspects returned to their hometown in Madhya Pradesh.

A Cyberabad police team apprehended the suspects and recovered the deceased's mobile phones from their possession. They were being transported back to Hyderabad under transit warrants.
