Authorities set a trap and apprehended MLA Lamani and his aides while they were allegedly accepting Rs 5 lakh as part of the supposed arrangement.
After the operation, Lokayukta officials searched the Balaji Hospital in Laxmeshwar, owned by MLA Chandru Lamani.
