Kohima, March 6 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio, alongside Deputy Chief Minister Yanthungo Patton, expressed their support on Friday for the recent appointment of senior BJP figure Nand Kishore Yadav as the new Governor of Nagaland.
The announcement came from President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday, detailing the changes in Governors and Lieutenant Governors for various states and Union Territories.
Nand Kishore Yadav, a former Minister and Assembly Speaker from Bihar, has been designated as the Governor of Nagaland.
