Following the submission, Sachdeva expressed his joy that the nomination had been filed for the party's dynamic young leader from Bihar, Nitin Nabin, who currently serves as the party's Working President.
He emphasized that with Nabin's guidance, the BJP is poised to achieve remarkable success in elections and public service.
Among those who accompanied Chief Minister Gupta and President Sachdeva in presenting Nabin's nomination were BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam; Union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra; party MPs Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, and Bansuri Swaraj; State BJP General Secretary Vishnu Mittal; former city BJP Presidents Harsh Vardhan, Vijay Goel, Satish Upadhyay, and Adesh Gupta; Delhi Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh; and Deputy Mayor Jaibhagwan Yadav. Also present was Delhi Coordinator Sunita Kangra.
Nitin Nabin took on his duties as BJP Working President in Delhi on December 15 and has since been actively involved in various BJP events in the city.
This past New Year's Day, known as Kalpataru Day, Nabin visited the Ramakrishna Ashram in Delhi to offer prayers.
Earlier, he had prayed at the Gurdwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi in observance of the Shaheedi Month for the Sikh community.
On December 28, Nabin joined BJP members in listening to the 129th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' program at Rajendra Nagar in Delhi.
On December 25, he inaugurated the 'Atal Smriti Sammelans' from the Kasturba Nagar Assembly constituency.
These Sammelans were intended for all 70 constituencies to bolster organizational strength among new BJP members.
Through these Sammelans, the BJP aims to ensure that party workers and newcomers remain anchored in the party's ideological tenets and the legacies of its iconic leaders, thereby familiarizing them with the life and principles of the late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
