While addressing the media in Peerapur village, located under the Goraul police station area of Vaishali, where he visited the family of a kidnapped college student who was murdered, Yadav disclosed: “Right after my return from Paras Hospital, I got a call warning me not to meddle in the case, or I would face serious repercussions.”
Pappu Yadav issued a stern warning to the Sheru Gang, who are suspected of being involved in the murder of notorious criminal Chandan Mishra within Paras Hospital.
“We remain quiet due to legal constraints, but we can dismantle your empire swiftly if necessary,” Yadav asserted.
He further criticized the law and order situation in Bihar, claiming: “The most dangerous criminal in Bihar is the leader himself. Authorities act against criminals based on their caste and selectively decide who to eliminate and who to shield.”
Pappu Yadav also called for an expedited trial, enhanced security, and financial support for the victim’s family involved in the Vaishali student kidnapping and murder case.
Chandan Mishra, a well-known criminal, was killed inside Paras Hospital in Patna, allegedly by the Sheru Gang.
After the incident, Yadav visited the hospital and demanded strict measures against those accountable.
He also met with Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and urged the imposition of President's rule, arguing that the law and order situation has spiraled out of control and that the Chief Minister is unresponsive.
In response, Patna SSP Kartikeya Sharma reported that all shooters have been identified and are currently being pursued.
Sources indicate that Taushif Badshah from Phulwarisharif, Patna, has been identified as one of the primary shooters involved in the attack at Paras Hospital.
