Patna, July 21 (NationPress) In the shocking Paras Hospital shootout incident, the Patna Civil Court has placed Mohammad Taushif, also known as Badshah, under a three-day police remand. He stands as the primary suspect in the assassination of infamous criminal Chandan Mishra within the hospital grounds.
In addition, three other suspects - Nishu Khan, known as Bhaijaan, Harsh Kumar, and Bhim Kumar - have been ordered to spend 14 days in judicial custody.
All four individuals were captured in Kolkata on Sunday and were escorted back to Patna under tight security measures at approximately 11 AM on Monday.
They underwent several hours of questioning at the STF office located in the Patna police line before appearing in court around 4 PM.
The proceedings took place in the ACGM-9 Court.
Taushif's remand has been approved for an additional three days for ongoing interrogation.
