The awards comprise a trophy, a scroll, and a cash incentive of Rs 20 lakh to be utilized for project/program implementation or bridging resource gaps in public welfare.

The awards ceremony will be succeeded by a plenary session titled 'Civil Services Reforms - Challenges and Opportunities', led by Cabinet Secretary T.V. Somanathan.

The occasion will also feature four breakout sessions focused on enhancing urban transportation, promoting a healthy India through Ayushman Bharat PM - Jan Arogya Yojana and Ayushman Arogya Mandir, improving nutrition for women and children through Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0, as well as the Aspirational Blocks Programme.
