He also presented the Prime Minister's Awards for Excellence in Public Administration.

The awards aim to honor the contributions made by civil servants towards implementing various government welfare schemes.

These accolades were awarded in three categories: holistic district development, aspirational blocks program, and innovation.

Out of over 1,500 nominations, more than a dozen awardees were selected following a detailed evaluation process.

The Sugamya Pustakalaya initiative from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, was among the first to be recognized for its impactful mission.

This initiative provides equal opportunities for differently-abled children to read and learn.

Rajkot in Gujarat received accolades for achieving 100% coverage across various welfare schemes including PM Suryaghar, Saksham Anganwadi, Poshan 2.0, PM Jan Arogya Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, and Kisan Credit Card.

Gomati district in Tripura was honored for ensuring that 100% of beneficiaries received benefits from various welfare schemes like Mission Indradhanush, Poshan Abhiyaan, and PM Awas Yojana.

Tinsukia in Assam also received the PM's Excellence Award for providing benefits from schemes like Har Ghar Jal Yojana, Saksham Anganwadi, Poshan 2.0, PM Awas Yojana, and PM Jan Arogya to all beneficiaries.

Koraput in Odisha and Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir were recognized for their efforts in bringing public welfare scheme benefits to the general populace.

In Koraput, schemes like Matru Vandana Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, PM Swanidhi, PM Awas Yojana, and PM Jan Arogya Yojana achieved 100% penetration, while in Kupwara, beneficiaries benefited from PM Jan Arogya, PM Swanidhi, and Kisan Credit Cards.

Ghamaria block in Seraikela-Kharsawan (Jharkhand) was recognized for outstanding work in digital health checkups, smart studies, Anganwadi, and ensuring water accessibility in every household.

Parappa block in Kasargod (Kerala) was acknowledged for its advancements under the Aspirational Block Program, excelling in initiatives such as medical camps for tribals, construction of concrete housing, animal vaccinations, and distribution of revolving funds to self-help groups.
